  • If your item arrives DAMAGED you get a REPLACEMENT or REFUND. 

  • If your item is stolen or not delivered you get a REPLACEMENT SENT OUT.

  • If you just don't like your item for whatever reason, just MAIL IT BACK to us using the address we sent you the items from. 

  • ONLY MAIL ITEM, IF YOU HAVE USED LESS THAN 25% OF PRODUCT

  • (If you have used more than 25% of the item, there is no RETURN/REFUND.) 

  • GIVE US A TRACKING NUMBER and we will refund you IMMEDIATELY!!!

Shipping

  • ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY AFTER  PAYMENT CONFORMATION.

  • PRIORITY SHIPPING IS 3-5 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT CONFIRMATION. Items are shipped though USPS/UPS.

  • NEXT DAY SHIPPING IS 1-2 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT CONFIRMATION. Items are shipped though UPS.

  • PICK-ORDERS ARE PREPARED AFTER PAYMENT CONFIRMATION. YOU MUST CALL J'SNACKS AT 202-403-1078 IMMEDIATELY AFTER PLACING ORDER, TO CONFIRM PICKUP ARRANGEMENTS!!!

  • SHIPPING/PICK-UP UPDATES ARE E-MAILED TO CUSTOMER ONCE SHIPPED!
